Elderly woman using the pill map

IATP Makers received a referral from the ICC program. The customer was in need of a custom pill map. She had a hard time remembering if she had taken her medications at different times of the day; her medications are complex and can be intense. She takes 10 different medications in the first half of the day, and 9 different medications in the second half of the day. Timing for each of these medications matters for her health. She has tried various products for her medications, but none gave her a true solution.

After hearing how this customer was struggling to remember if she had taken her medicine, the Maker team came up with a pill map that she could slide over if she had taken her medication. They listed the daily meds she would take in the morning with breakfast, separating lunch, dinner medications, and her bedtime medicine. Hoping that this would help serve as a physical reminder but along with visual and tactile reminder as well. Sliding the reminders was an excellent way for the customer to remember she took her medicine, and if she ever forgot if she had taken it, she could always look and see if she did. The customer found great success with this new reminder system that will aid her in her daily health.
